Jamie is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 28 years experience of delivering project management, building surveying and professional services to a range of public and private sector clients.
Jamie has worked across a number of sectors including health, education and housing, delivering project management and building surveying services. He has managed the professional building consultancy side of London and National businesses including Party Walls, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition Surveys, RICS Homebuyers and Building Surveys. He has also overseen Project Management , Employers Agent and Contract Administration Roles
In the Public Sector, Jamie has worked with a variety of Clients such as CityWest Homes, Ealing BC, Brighton BC, Braintree DC, Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, Homes for Haringey and Cornwall Council. In the Private Sector, clients include The Thackeray Estate, Mersten Ltd, Frost and Sullivan and The High Commission of Canada.
He now runs his own business operating from his base in South Devon. Drawing upon his broad range of experience. Jamie has and is working on a number of projects include Estate Regeneration, Demolition and New-build in both the public and private sectors, Building Surveying services surveys and and provision of Contract Administration Services. He also delivers homebueyrs and Building surveys and specialises in period and listed properties.
He also provides state of the art Drone surveying services, bringing together the latest technology and his expert eye to provide real inside on a "whole property" basis massively reducing the risk of unforseen risks in buildings be it form a survey, design or refurbishment perspective.
